Prior to Bizappia, Mr. Lashmet was a co-founder and EVP - North America for eLoyalty (ELOY), growing the business to $235mm and an IPO in 2000, President of Braun Consulting (BRNC), leading a turnaround to sale in 2004, CEO of Fertigation Technologies, an eco-tech manufacturing and service company, and Partner with Grant Thornton, a worldwide accounting and management consulting firm.

Mark Kaiser
Mr. Kaiser is a co-founder of Bizappia, and serves as advisor to Bizappia as a solution and technology strategist. He has broad experience in process engineering, solution implementation, and product management. His responsibilities in an advisory role include oversight of the Bizappia Process Automation Framework offerings, as well as business and partner development.
Mr. Kaiser’s professional background includes both management and technical experience with BPMS companies, and for F500 companies in enterprise security, systems integration, manufacturing, and network services in a broad range of market sectors in the US, Europe, and the Middle East.

Howard Webb
Mr. Webb has over 25 years experience as a consultant, coach, facilitator, and speaker on the topics of Business Process Management (BPM), data architecture, and project management. He is the founder and current chairman of the St. Louis BPM Users Group, and has published numerous articles on BPM and enterprise architectures in publications such as The Cutter Consortium, Data Management Review, and Business Process Management Group. Mr. Webb is a frequent in-demand speaker, appearing at representative conferences as IQPC BPM Summit, and has trained over 60 organizations worldwide in the theory and practice of BPM. Prior to Bizappia, Mr. Webb was a Sr. BPM Technical Specialist for IBM.

David Tyson
Mr. Tyson is the CTO for Bizappia, and has over 25 years of experience as a technology leader and enterprise solution architect, focusing on developing and implementing package and custom solutions in BPM, business intelligence, data warehousing, and customer relationship management (CRM). Mr. Tyson is the architect of BizBAM, our activity monitoring software, and leads Bizappia’s cloud architecture strategy and execution.
Prior to Bizappia, David held senior executive positions with IBM Global Business Services, Knightsbridge Consulting, eLoyalty, and Technology Solutions Company.
